Great customer service from Sophia

My call was quickly connected to Sophia at customer services. I gave Sophia two concise instructions on what I was hoping to achieve over the call, and she calmly and clearly went through my options with me and efficiently carried out my requests; so that I am safe in the knowledge that my daughter is getting the most value from her savings with Saffron Building Society. Zoe C. Saffron Walden Building society

Had to phone as on- line form wasn't cooperating. Zoe was able to sort it all out quickly & efficiently. Good to hear a friendly voice which always makes phone banking less arduous. Didn't have to wait long for Zoe to answer the phone which was an added bonus. Reviewed on: 8th January 2026

Good client relationship
