My santender account is good enough to use.

I find my Santander account easy to manage and I couldn't think of a better account to use being at university. When I opened my student account I was given an overdraft with 0% interest which doesn't need to be paid back until I finish university. Moreover, whenever I'm in need of assistance I always come off the phone or away from the branch feeling as though I have gained all the help I need in order to solve my problems. Nice basic bank account

Get wages paid and have direct debits taken out. Nice friendly helpful staff with good security. Reviewed on: 2nd December 2018

customer friendly but not really visable

I have always had good service from Santander and have held an account with them for over 20 years. I do however wish they had a bigger high street presence as there have been occasions recently when this would have been really useful. I know they can be accessed via the post office but recently I lost my memory completely following an epileptic attack and trying to access them online was useless as I couldn't remember any security details and the post office just kept telling me to phone them up.
