lacking

Total lack of support particularly in times of great need, even when you've been with the bank as a loyal customer for 33+ years. Whilst the Santander boots rewards is an added bonus, the costs of facilitating the use of a much needed overdraft are utterly exorbitant. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Didn’t help me to return my stolen money .

Didn’t help me to return my stolen money . I contacted them several times and was told that it was impossible because the fraudulent company actually existed and I needed to contact them personally. And when the circumstances turned out to be the opposite and the company did not exist, the bank said that the case was closed and no one would take any further action to help me get my money back. My experience of Santander has been a positive one. The Santander current account provides everything I need, from online banking to Customer service if needed. When I have contacted Customer service about any queries they have been helpful and have resolved the issue quickly. Reviewed on: 16th June 2024

I love the banking app, it just works.

I love the banking app, it just works. I have everything I need at my finger tips. The text alerts are great you can deal with an issue before you get charged. Overall a great experience of now 17 years. Reviewed on: 9th June 2024
