safety

Your money is safe in an account! But it's not easy to put money into an ATM and I got a thousand pounds today. The staff said they could get the account today, but they didn't! Reviewed on: 10th March 2021

A safe pair of hands

The security this bank provides is fantastic. Whenever any spending seems out of the ordinary they call and confirm it's me. The fraud and security callers ask some simple questions and my account is able to proceed with the transaction. Feels reassuring to know someone is watching and protecting my banking. Not worth it

I have been trying to swap to a different account and it’s always rejected without an explanation, definitely looking into other banks. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Need improvement

Not too sure about it

I have two cards with Santander for one account. When I want to use my card I constantly have to be moving money around . Very difficult especially where there is no network Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
