Fantastic

Love using the 123 current account, great that you can get cashback on your everyday bills that you would be paying for anyway! Also good if you combine with the 123 credit card, as you can get cashback on your everyday purchases! Reviewed on: 21st April 2016

Always reliable and never encountered any problems

Staff are always friendly in my local branch and I have never encountered any problems. Details are accurate and online banking seems to be OK, though I prefer a visit to the branch. This is no reflection on the system. I just have reservations about the whole idea of online banking in general. Reviewed on: 31st December 2017

123 Graduate Account

Had a great customer service experience when opening my Graduate 123 Account. Initially enticed by the 3% monthly interest on account values of up to £2000. Although I must say Santander customer service is great, it was also a little too much which I found a little offputting e.g. personal banker saying she would phone me to find out how I am getting on. I understand this from the banks point of view but I find this a little odd. Other than that, they are one of few banks offering a great high interest current account rate. 123 Steps to great savings

I love the Santander 123 Savings account because it gives you a generous interest rate (1.5%) and you get cash back on bill payments, council tax and other services. You can get a great interest on savings upto 20000 and although you have to pay £5 a month for the account you make it back (and much more) on the interest and cash back alone. I would definitely recommend this bank account to everybody. Reviewed on: 11th December 2017
