Happy with service

I was happy with the service though the period and demands needed before the mortgage was offered took quite a long time! I understand the need for security so accepted the need for documents etc. Reviewed on: 8th September 2023

Smooth Transition

Very smooth transition from one mortgage lender to another. No unnecessary communication, everything was kept to the point and informative. We appreciated the follow up phone call to welcome us to the society and ask how the re-mortgage went. Reviewed on: 8th September 2023

First Time Buyer experience

Lender was quick to issue AIP and clearly set out and explained Documents required to progress . This was done at a reasonable pace and Offer Issued not too long after . This is a local Scottish based Lender I was happy to use and they gave the impression they were helpful and customer friendly looking at each case and not working off some tick list . Quite a difficult process with many errors

I was porting a mortgage and adding another loan to move to a new property. There were many errors along the way including incorrect charges, incorrect t's and c's being sent out and overly prescriptive conditions. We got there in the end though. Reviewed on: 6th September 2023
