Nothing could be improved. Really like the staff and branch at Galashiels which is the one I use. Would like a better rate on the ISA, but maybe you cannot compete with bigger building societies. Reviewed on: 31st December 2025

Decent job done

Although you appear to give good service there is a consistency issue. My husband and I renewed both our cash ISAs on the same day he merely got a new passcard and covering letterr, I got the old cancelled passcard, the new one and letter and clear plastic sleeve and questionnaire. In branch service review

The only wish I have is that the branch was open longer than 4 hours a day. Even though we are retired it is still hard to make the branch in opening hours especially as we go not live nearby. Reviewed on: 31st December 2025
