Remote application for Regular Saver

I was delighted with Customer Service explaining how the application form could be downloaded then emailed for which Shirley of Inverness deserves considerable praise. Natalie took over when it came to depositing my cheque with the opening balance (that had to be sent via Royal Mail. Once this had been presented, my sincere thanks are due to Loraine (one R) for advising me of my new account number whilst the Welcome Pack was on its way, and when I needed some help, for talking me through the online registration process.
