The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Starling bank

I have both an adult account and a kite account. They are amazing. So ahead of other banks. Allowing us to take photos of cheques to pay them in and saving spaces or paying bills from saving spaces each month really helps with my money management. The bank that is only getting better

Starling has an easy-to-use and intuitive app with lots of useful features, including comprehensive spending tracking, 'spaces' for separating different pots of money within the account for budgeting ease, and no charges for overseas spending! Starling has proven itself to be a reliable and trustworthy bank that offers a slowly expanding range of services, and I'm looking forward to seeing where else they go in future. Ease of use

Over and above

Every tiny detail is thought of with this company in making not just banking easy but life. Always available for any eventuality all from your own home or wherever you may find yourself. A jewel among bankers

Starling Bank has continued to serve me best with my finances. As a frequent traveller, I still enjoy the benefit of fee-free payments and withdrawals abroad, which only shows how they value their clients' hard-earned money. Customer service is always on top of my concerns should I have one and is also accessible within 1 day of sending a message.
