Review of the StepChange, Debt Management:

Outstanding support

After a major change in my personal circumstances i was no longer able to afford my debts. Stepchange were amazingly supportive from day 1 and gave me multiple options from a debt management plan to bankruptcy. They took the added stress from me when creditors were chasing me by helping to create a realistic budget to repay my debts. 7 years later i am now completely debt free. On a couple of occasions during my dmp i ran into financial trouble and they allowed me a couple of payment holidays whichtook a lot of pressure off me. I cannot speak highly enough about Stepchange and what they have done since 2018. I am not sure that i would have survived the stress without them. Reviewed on: 24th May 2025

Could not recommend StepChange more highly

We were in a very dark place when financial matters had become overwhelming but within 30 minutes of speaking to the team at StepChange we could see a clear path forward and a massive weight was lifted from our shoulders. Reviewed on: 29th May 2025
