Additional borrowing. Excellent mortgage consultant.

We needed to borrow some additional money to finish the self-build that had been completed using a Suffolk/ Ipswich self-build loan. Stephen (Lye) was our consultant, and did a first class, thoroughly professional job in taking us through the process, and explaining every stage comprehensively. Underwriting with care

Suffolk Building Society offer a manual underwriting process that ensures each and every case that is received is worked through by a person, not a machine. Amazing personable and person orientated bank

When contacting them for any reason I can get a name and I can speak to the same person again. It's like having a personal shopper. I also feel that they always try there best to satisfy whatever the circumstances. Afew years back before covid I wanted to reduce my repayments and increase the time.
