An excellent local society

Though disappointed when the local Agency closed, it is good to have an excuse to visit Woodbridge to deal with the excellent staff who are always helpful and this includes telephone chats as well. In a competitive market the rates on at least one of the accounts is attractive. Email responses to enquiries are usually dealt with reasonably quickly and helpfully by another office. Far better than the big nationals

We have had savings accounts for a couple of months now. We don't feel like 'account numbers' and it's possible to speak to sensible flexible and knowledgeable people rather than fill in forms and requests online. The rates are 'much of a muchness' compared with others - no better - no worse. Overall, very happy! Reviewed on: 25th November 2022
