First class customer service. I had 2 questions and received prompt email responses to both. One enquiry required a telephone call to confirm certain details and, having been promptly connected to the person I had been communicating by email, everything was resolved within minutes. Why was the call necessary?

Spoke to an incredibly helpful lady who assisted me with altering my address, and gave reassurance about how and when I will remortgage. I tried to get through on the 9th June.

I tried to get through on the 9th June. Automated service says I was number one in the queue. I hung on for 30 minutes each minute to be told I was first in the queue. It then offered me a call back service which I acceoted but did not get a call back. Today I phoned again and Louise Taylor answered the phome and thank goodness was extremely helpful and was able to help me. Reviewed on: 11th June 2025
