A very satisfied customer...and then some!

Taking out a mortgage at the grand old age of 69 years having been told by my mortgage advisor the likelihood of which “may not be easy”,I persisted.And there you were. My one product with The Family Building Society,hasn’t required much direct contact it has to be said.However,the few occasions it has been necessary,I have met with friendly,supportive,professional individuals for whom nothing was too much trouble. Very helpful in branch staff.
