Excellent Briefing Rescues Client

With my mortgage product coming to its end in March, i selected another product in January but then failed to provide written confirmation. On phoning FBS today, I discovered my selection was no longer available. But, the FBS agent I spoke with (Serena) led me by the hand through options available, I made my selection, and the show was back on the road. I wanted to know if I could make a one off overpayme...

I wanted to know if I could make a one off overpayment on my mortgage, how to do it and how my monthly repayments would be affected. I spoke with Aaron who was really pleasant and answered all of my questions without any fuss. Also, I didn’t have to wait in the phone for half an hour before something me answered, or do any “select 1 for…..” stuff. I rang the number and the phone was answered after a short message. Customer service is superb.

Fantastic customer service, I can honestly say probably the best I have ever experienced from your wonderful staff. I spoke with Serena yesterday who took her time with ne and went that extra mile to ensure I had all the information I needed and provided the support perfectly with my product switch.
