My mortgage product was coming to the end of its ter...

My mortgage product was coming to the end of its term and was being changed to a new product. I had a query that I needed to resolve first and contacted Kieran Smith who gave me the answers I needed. Great, friendly, professional service always

I spoke to Arounima R at great length asking in depth questions, FBS are lucky to have her, she was calm, professional and detailed. I miss the old school style service that FBS still have, highly recommend them. Reviewed on: 22nd October 2025

Very cooperative staff.

Very cooperative staff. Today I spoke to Kasey. She was very very friendly and cooperative. She listen to me and helped me. Excellent customer service
