Excellent Briefing Rescues Client

With my mortgage product coming to its end in March, i selected another product in January but then failed to provide written confirmation. On phoning FBS today, I discovered my selection was no longer available. But, the FBS agent I spoke with (Serena) led me by the hand through options available, I made my selection, and the show was back on the road. Very good for older people

Very happy with the Customer service which is second to none

Excellent for older borrowers

As older borrowers on pension income most lenders wouldn’t even consider us. Family we’re happy to lend at a reasonable rate. We are staying with them when our current fix ends. Reviewed on: 23rd November 2023

Very helpful team

We are changing to a new fixed rate mortgage in February 2024 and our dealings with Family Building Society have been excellent. We were taken through the process straight forwardly and our options were clearly explained. Having made our choice, we were informed today that everything had smoothly gone through. An excellent Building Society to have a mortgage with
