Sam Morrison dealt with our initial application. He explained everything in detail, and answered all our questions spontaneously. It actually does feel like a family!

I can highly recommend the service I received today after a conversation with Brenda at the Family Building Society about my mortgage options. I felt very satisfied that all my questions were answered and explained thoroughly. I have now have clarity on moving forward with my options Whenever I have had any queries the staff are very helpful and are treated in a very pleasant manner.
