Straightforward initial meeting

It actually does feel like a family!

I can highly recommend the service I received today after a conversation with Brenda at the Family Building Society about my mortgage options. I felt very satisfied that all my questions were answered and explained thoroughly. I have now have clarity on moving forward with my options Whenever I have had any queries the staff are very helpful and are treated in a very pleasant manner. Standards of service

Excellent

We have a buy-to-let with the Family Building Society. Recently our situation changed and we spoke with Linda to discuss the change in our situation, and explaining our needs. We were pleasantly surprised we were listened to, and our banker sought a solution. A day later she contacted us with the news that our request was not only heard but approved. Common sense, logic, compassion and a sense of old world relationship banking in a world driving towards remote banking. We would highly recommend the FBS to anyone who cares about a relationship with their banker. Reviewed on: 21st June 2022
