Lisa Adams was very helpful and understanding. Her knowledge was excellent, she took her time to make sure i understood everything about my mortgage switch. She clearly explained how i could pay in money to help reduce my new switched mortgage and when i pay in the allowed 10% per annum payment allowed Reviewed on: 26th September 2025
