Excellent Briefing Rescues Client

With my mortgage product coming to its end in March, i selected another product in January but then failed to provide written confirmation. On phoning FBS today, I discovered my selection was no longer available. But, the FBS agent I spoke with (Serena) led me by the hand through options available, I made my selection, and the show was back on the road. Great Customer Service

Spoke with Richard this morning, haven't placed too much business with yourselves in the past, I wasn't familiar with the process. He walked me through the process step by step, he helped me to do a DIP on the phone, (which saved me time when compared to trying to key this manually) this is incredibly refreshing - You do not get this level of service from other lenders to actually find an induvial who tries to help rather than someone who just wants the call to end!
