Helpful Operator

Called FBS re changes to the BoE base rate and whether the last one in November 24 had been passed on. The operative I spoke to was very helpful, confirmed this is happening 20th Feb 25 and then spent time answering related questions for me. Reviewed on: 10th January 2025

FBC have scored yet again!

I spoke to Guy Williams and whilst being very professional he was also friendly and understood that i was nervous and needed questions answered. Catherine was professional, friendly and helpful.

Catherine was professional, friendly and helpful. However, as I had only 1 customer in front of me in the queue, and it took some time to answer my call, was she the only person dealing with calls. Finally, please use a lower case 'r' for 'Kind regards'. Reviewed on: 25th August 2025

Applying for new fixed rate mortgage product.

Change of Interest Only Contract

Downloading and Uploading files

I had a problem opening a file from an email I was sent. I rang up for assistance and the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. I also asked for guidance on how to upload securely a document to their web site ..... the instructions were clear and solved my issue. Reviewed on: 20th August 2025
