A very satisfied customer...and then some!

Taking out a mortgage at the grand old age of 69 years having been told by my mortgage advisor the likelihood of which “may not be easy”,I persisted.And there you were. My one product with The Family Building Society,hasn’t required much direct contact it has to be said.However,the few occasions it has been necessary,I have met with friendly,supportive,professional individuals for whom nothing was too much trouble. Likewise,having recently remortgaged,everything was explained and I was kept informed every step of the way. Thank you. Reviewed on: 3rd June 2021

Mortgage query

Telephoned with a query about my mortgage. First time there was no answer from customer service after 8 minutes. Phoned again later in the day. Answered in 15 seconds by Lisa Adam, who was very helpful. Reviewed on: 7th September 2025

I spoke to Guy Williams and whilst being very professional he was also friendly and understood that i was nervous and needed questions answered.
