Issues setting up online Acc - But sorted-Thanks .

Had issues setting up an online Acc. But, staff were very helpful. Avoid phoning them towards 4:30pm (was 8th in the queue) as lines close at 4:30pm (the queue just hang up). But when you eventually get to speak to staff, they are exceptionally helpful and nothing was too much bother. More to the point, matters were sorted and I feel a happy customer. I have only been an account holder for a few days. Hopefully things will continue in a postive way. Reviewed on: 28th May 2025

New-look annual savings summary

I very much dislike this: it means twice as much paper for my records, and the part that gives the actual details doesn't even state the year to which they relate, meaning I'd have to write this in if I tore this off to reduce the strain on my box file. (OK, that's hardly arduous, but a bit more thought would have meant I didn't have to.) Reviewed on: 8th January 2021

Pretty good

They’re pretty good products that are well communicated. The 10k minimum is a bit high and exclusive and sadly I’ve never won. The interest is a little low... like everywhere else and their website is a little outdated. But it’s tried and tested and it works. I also really like the way they personalise their letters to me.
