Very easy to deal with regarding savings

Excellent Service

I made a telephone call enquiring about the Windfall Bonds, I spoke to a lovely gentleman who advised he would send me an application form as that was needed for purchasing numerous bonds, the form arrived the following day and I returned it and today I received my Bond Certificates, super efficient service. Good admin.

Not competitive saving rates

Rate on one year bond has fallen substantially. Reviewed on: 28th August 2020

OK but poor rates so copuld do a lot better. Also very bad at ISAs only open to people who already have one. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2020

Quick and easy
