Windfall Bonds

I have used the Family Building Society for nearly twenty years now and have never been let down by them, that is why I have invested in Windfall bonds, has well has having a chance to win I know my investment is save with the Family. Reviewed on: 24th February 2020

Difficuly logging in

I called today as I was having difficulty logging in. The customer services adviser was very patient and helpful. She walked me through the process and I actually had to re-register as the system had updated since I last logged in and my password needed changing. Thank you for making it easy. Online Help

Tracy talked me through the new signing in online system as I could not access my account. The verification code sent in the post did not work & I wanted to add money to my account. Reviewed on: 12th January 2026

Savings 12 month review

Been with this company over 12 months they offer competitive savings rates I’ve had to contact them twice due to locking myself out of my account and they have been excellent at getting me sorted quickly and very knowledgeable staff thank you Reviewed on: 7th January 2026

I have had to call the FBS to query the investment c...

I have had to call the FBS to query the investment change I had requested. The renewal document received did not include the change requested. However, was assured by telephone call that the change had been recorded as requested. I was completely satisfied with the response provided. Reviewed on: 5th January 2026

Reinvestment of cash isa

I needed telephone advice about the process of reinventing a fixed rate cash isa. Messiah was courteous, friendly and efficient. He dealt with the reinvestment for me over the telephone. The process was made very easy. Reviewed on: 2nd January 2026

Account status confirmation.

I contacted the Building Society today to confirm my account status and to receive advice on accessing my grandchildren's savings accounts. The advisor I spoke to was very helpful and talked me through the process. The advisor was efficient and professional in her approach and had a friendly demean which was much appreciated. My registration status with the Society was confirmed. I was then guided through the process of registering for an online account. From my perspective, the whole process went seamlessly and to my complete satisfaction. The advisor was helpful throughout making it a very satisfactory experience. Reviewed on: 30th December 2025
