Issues setting up online Acc - But sorted-Thanks .

Had issues setting up an online Acc. But, staff were very helpful. Avoid phoning them towards 4:30pm (was 8th in the queue) as lines close at 4:30pm (the queue just hang up). But when you eventually get to speak to staff, they are exceptionally helpful and nothing was too much bother. More to the point, matters were sorted and I feel a happy customer. I have only been an account holder for a few days. Hopefully things will continue in a postive way. Reviewed on: 28th May 2025

transition from the old to. new system..

i struggled with the transition from the old to new system, but Annika was brill in patiently talking me through it. she was really excellent. Reviewed on: 13th August 2025

Great Customer Services

The interest rate is competitive, and the website is easy to navigate. I'm particularly impressed with Customer Services, I have today spoken with a lady from Customer Services and she was brilliant. She was tolerant, patient & informative and got the business sorted. Reviewed on: 13th August 2025

The member of staff who helped me solve my problem logging in and accessing my account was so helpful and painstaking with me. I am now up and running and will be fine the next time when I do it myself. Perhaps I could put it down to the awful heat which is numbing my brain. Reviewed on: 12th August 2025
