As always, the customer service today was excellent.

As always, the customer service today was excellent. Katherine was very helpful and patiently went through everything I needed to solve the issue (mainly, how to access the new site!). My savings account has a very good (comparitive) interest rate but a major reason of staying with the Society is the customer service.
