Georgia understood my problem and rectified it promptly. I had inadvertently transferred money online to my mortgage account when it should have gone to my savings account. Georgia corrected this error for me. Reviewed on: 30th April 2025

1st Class Service

During my recent telephone call I received all of the information that I needed to help me proceed. The advisor (Catherine Croucher) provided a very friendly, efficient service & was easy to deal with. Apart from above, Catherine went 'above & beyond' when early on in the tel call - the line was cut off (probably my mob). When she tried to call back & couldn't get through - she made a second attempt to call my alternative landline number (which must have been on record) & finally managed to re-connect with me.
