First class customer service

Anytime I need to make contact with the Society it is easy and the staff are knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. They are able to refer back to notes on your account so you can speak to three different people without having to explain the situation over again. If they promise to do something they do it. Good service over the phone

I had a problem depositing money into my ISA online and its was sorted there and then with just a small wait. Ed Dawson was really helpful and clear and waited while I logeed back in to see if the fix had worked from the servcie team which it had. Thank you. Reviewed on: 22nd November 2023

Very helpful and easy process

Great service and savings products

I recently opened an online saver account and subsequently contacted the society online to ask a question. I received a reply promptly and the question was answered and dealt with. I then telephoned a few days later o ask a question about a maturing account. They were extremely helpful and professional and dealt with the matter immediately. Reviewed on: 20th November 2023

Each time I’ve contacted you with questions and issues to sort out the service I received was first class.
