Won’t pay out if you have a water leak. Only interested in finding loopholes to wriggle out of their responsibility. Absolutely appalling. Steer clear unless you want a stressful situation made 1000 times worse. Reviewed on: 19th January 2024

Offers Avios to sign up but cancels as soon as policy starts - avoid!!

Selected this company due to the Avios offered, followed every instruction to receive the incentive but as soon as the policy became live the Avios incentive was cancelled. If this is an indication of how this company operates I would recommend going elsewhere Reviewed on: 7th November 2023

Help back cash on insurance claim.

The insurance is cheap but you get what you pay for. We had a claim for £300.69, we had to pay excess £101.56 and then refused to pay a further £74.40. There was not detail provided on why the claim was rejected, said too high for hospitalisation, but you never stayed in hospital. So now I’m paying 60% of the total bill. Our policies include a limitation of £40 per day for hospitalisation (see the Limitations under Vet's Fees section of cover).
