Kind, Quick, and kept in the loop

We had to make a claim for our border collie after he cut his leg badly and went to the emergency vets! Insurance emporium were able to sort our claim really efficiently and whenever I had a question it was answered very quickly. They even took the time to call and explain things to me. Fantastic company

I've been with The Insurance Emporium a few years now. I love the fact you can tailor your insurance to suit what you need. Last year my horse unfortunately lost an eye and then a month later had a field injury. The paid out on both occasions and the process was super straightforward. Excellent service

Unfortunately ive had to claim on my insurance a few times over the last few years and have found the customer service excellent, I’ve been talked through my options and helped to make a claim and even when what I thought was a valid claim it was all explained to me in a way I understood why I wasn’t covered for that claim. Emporium takes the stress out of a stressful situation

Extremely friendly and efficient customer help which is very hard to find these days. Reasonably priced insurance. My claim was an easy process and dealt with in a timely manner which I was very grateful of at a very stressful time with a very poorly pet. I would recommend this company to all. You never know how good an insurance company is until you need to make a claim. Having been put in the unfortunate situation of a pet becoming ill the claim process has been straightforward and payment received promptly.
