Fantastic Service

We have a Jack Russell with an Auto Immune condition which requires daily medication, frequent blood tests and visits to the specialist vet. The Insurance Emporium have been very responsive to our queries and claims. The staff are friendly and are efficient with their payments. Never had an issue and would highly recommend them. Dog insurance

Cat Insurance

We have two elderly cats and have been insured with The Insurance Emporium for some years now and in the last year have needed to claim for one cat ongoing and now the other cat ongoing. Doing this through our vets they deal direct with the insurance company we are not aware of any issues and are kept updated and copied in on all correspondence regarding our claims and are very prompt at dealing. We had some confusion around exclusions of which turned out to be the wrong info sent to us which did cause a little concern but was rectified quickly, so no complaints and hopefully this continues. Constantly pester you to leave a review

The actual process of getting pet insurance, which I did through a comparison site was pain free and easy to do. I've not had to claim on the pet insurance thankfully yet, so my views are purely on the application process. However, what kind of annoys me is the constant asking to leave a review. I dont really usually like to do that when I've not used a service, but I must have had 3 reminders at least in the past two weeks. The Insurance Emporium could probably do better than to wind up it's customers straight after buying a product. Maybe a reminder a few months down the line, but it felt like pestering.
