Excellent insurance provider

First class friendly service

I have kept pets for many years and this is by far the best insurance company I have used. They keep in touch with you about your claim, asses and pay out very quickly. If you need to speak to them they are friendly and helpful and it is easy to get through. Slightly more expensive than some companies but in my opinion, you definitely get what you pay for. Excellent customer service

I've had to put in claims for two of my dogs. Not only have I been kept up to date with the process, but they waste no time in getting it done. On the rare occasion I've had call, the service agent has been polite and extremely helpful. I've had no regrets changing my pet insurance to this company. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023
