Reasonably priced reliable help and support

I’ve been very impressed with all my dealings with Emporium. I had a hideous time when my dog was dying and they helped me every step of the way whilst she needed the right care. I couldn’t have asked for more. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Same cover for cheaper premium.

PERFECT!

I have had no issues or worries since choosing The Insurance Emporium for my dog's lifetime cover. I've not had to make a claim yet but the website is very down to earth and easy to understand and my premium went down after a year with them. This never happens anywhere else but it's good to know that you are treated well, especially if you've not had the need yet to make a claim. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Great cover at a great price

I have insured my dog with Insurance Emporium for several years now and I stay with them because their premium remains competitive at each renewal date. I check with other providers every time I renew and at the last renewal date Insurance Emporium were 50% cheaper than other providers I looked at. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Effective, efficient, ,professional.

In your time of need when your beloved pet needs veterinary help they are there to guide you through the process. Funds are released quickly and paid back into your account so you don’t have the financial worry added to your current worry about your beloved pet. Never had to claim

Never had to claim so can’t comment on that side of things. My only qualm is that the excess isn’t at a set rate but instead is 17% of the vet bill, which could be costly if there is a serious problem to claim for. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

The 17% element is standard for vet's fees for illness and injury and allows us to keep the premium lower than it otherwise would be.
