Happy Customer

Easy to use, easy to sort, EASY. Another thing I really like is unlike most insurance companies, you are rewarded for your loyalty by your veterinary allowance going up each year. Hassell free and Peace of mind

My beloved pet needed very expensive veterinary treatment. At a worrying time I simply picked up the phone called The Insurance Emporium spoke to a sympathetic member of staff who was extremely efficient and dealt with my claim .Less than a week later money paid to my Vet .This made a huge difference to the stressful time I was going through .Will definitely be renewing my policy which is a small price to pay for the service and peace of mind I have in return . You only know how good insurance is when you need it !!!

Unfortunately one of our dogs developed a lump which had to be surgically removed, the invoice was well into 4 figures and at this point you then discover how good your insurance provider is, it is not only about cash but the system and they way a claim is handled. i must say all was done very well from the moment the paperwork was sent to the time the money hit the bank, and beyond . Hassle free claim

Pet insurance is a very competitive price for my beloved greyhound Shadow. I have never had to make a claim before but the paperwork was simple for me to fill in and the rest of the form was filled in by our vet and the document was emailed through to The Insurance Emporium by the vet practice. My claim was paid in full with no questions and quickly, in spite of the 'Corona Virus 'lock down' at the time.
