Helpful staff

I’ve never made a claim but both of my dogs are insured with Insurance Emporium. Whenever I’ve had contact with them staff have been friendly, polite and very knowledgable. UK based call centres are a huge bonus too. Reviewed on: 30th July 2020

No other pet insurance comes close

We changed to Insurance Emporium when looking for a new pet insurance company as weren't happy with our old one. I'm so pleased we changed! One of our dogs became very poorly. Insurance Emporium was compassionate and understanding in knowing we were worried both about him, and the huge vet bill, which they paid without a quibble. I would definitely recommend Insurance Emporium as they are there when you need them most, and also have low premiums with excellent cover. We'll certainly never go anywhere else. Excellent value for money

Happy to Recommend

I used to be loyal to another pet insurance provider, by costs rose year on year as my dogs grew older. As soon as they were over 9yrs old, The costs were so high that We were driven to look elsewhere. The Insurance Emporium was recommended by friends and their prices for older dogs were excellent. You never want to have to claim, but when one dog fell ill, making an online claim was quick and easy, and they paid promptly without the need to question or confirm details.
