A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Wouldn't bank anywhere else

I’ve been with Triodos for many years and I honestly wouldn’t bank anywhere else. Their current account is great. Obviously, what really sets them apart is their ethics. They’re completely transparent about where your money goes and it only supports organisations doing genuine good in the world. For that reason, I’m happy to pay the £3 monthly fee as it feels like a small price to support a better banking system. The app/online banking is straightforward and does everything I need and the debit card is made from renewable materials. The customer service is exceptional. It's based in the UK and is quick and responsive, i.e. no endless time on hold. In all the time I've banked with them, I’ve never had any issues of note. If you want a current account that aligns with your ethics and treats you like a human being, I’d definitely recommend Triodos. Reviewed on: 12th April 2025

I wanted a bank that was a force for good

I wanted a bank that was ethical, transparent, sustainable and only invests in good causes. Easy to sign up, simple easy to use app. No problem paying £3 monthly current account charge as I know its helping to keep good things continue. Reviewed on: 12th April 2025

Great account with ethical and environmental impact.

Really easy to set up an account and very happy with the high security provided. The main benefit is the ethical and environmental impact, the other banks should learn from this approach. They offer a lot of information on their website to help you get the right products and don't engage in spam email campaigns like their older competitors. Reviewed on: 12th April 2025

Conscious use of money with no drawbacks

I’ve banked with Triodos for 5 years now and when I first joined them, being part of their movement represented a bit of trade-off in terms of functionality. But not any more. Their customer service has always been top notch, and their mobile app is now excellent and super easy to use, with new features being added all the time. So I can bank in a convenient way which suits my needs, whilst also knowing my money is not only not doing harm, but is actively funding positive impact in the world. Reviewed on: 12th April 2025

Good Service and Easy to Use
