Banking with Triodos is easy, ethical and you get good service. It works well for me as the customer and has a wider benefit for doing good in the world. I feel proud to bank with Triodos

Swift customer service and I love the fact that my money is looked after ethically. The only draw back was that the current account card wasn’t available on Apple Pay but that has been fixed now! Excellent customer service from ethical bank

I have used Triodos bank for several years and their customer service is exceptional. They are an ethical bank which is why I’m prepared to pay £3 a month for their current account. Triodos is an ethical bank which provides a positive contribution to communities and the environment. Ans most importantly it is an excellent bank, the app is easy to use and comprehensive, the customer service is very helpful on the odd occasions when I’ve needed to call them, and their interest rates are fair. Ethics and fraud control
