Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. A bank for the future

Very easy to use app and excellent customer service.

Very easy to use app and excellent customer service. The small monthly fee is far outweighed by the ethical philosophy and actions behind Triodos. The fact that Triodos are so ethically motivated saves me worrying where my money is being invested as I know it will be invested for the benefit of society generally. Reliable, principled, ethical

Triodos have been a reliable and trustworthy bank for years. I have never had any issues with them, and fully support and admire their approach to banking: fair prices for customers, and positive, ethical investments for the business loans etc. It feels more important than ever to make the right choices everywhere in life where one can make a difference, and I am incredibly reassured to know that a bank like Triodos exists, because I know any money of mine that passes through them won't be continuing business practices that I don't agree with (tobacco, oil, etc). Excellent Bank!
