Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Customer service with outstanding warmth

I could not be more happy with the customer service I've received from Triodos on the telephone. I have an account with Natwest and the difference between experiences of support and general kindness and humanity are night and day. I really felt like I was speaking to a human being that cared when I spoke to Triodos. I didn't get the sense the agent was just going through the motions as I do with too many other organisations.
