A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Switching to excellent ethical banking

We finally made the switch to ethical banking. Not only do we feel better about where we’ve got our money and that it’s not damaging the planet, but we’re also very pleasantly surprised by the excellent app and service. Given the environmental crisis, we all need to be doing our bit, and that also means taking our money away from planet-ravaging banks and giving them to planet-positive banks like Triodos. The perfect bank

The customer service is excellent, there are never long wait times to speak to them. Problems solved easily. And such nice staff. Knowing my money is going towards ventures that are helping and not harming is the main reason I joined. Their information about fraud is always so clear and thoughtful.
