You can manage your account via an app and there’s a Bristol-based contact team if you need support. Triodos don’t offer an overdraft facility or immediate faster payments. You’ll get text message alerts to help you manage your money and online statement.

Switching to Triodos was easy

Switching to Triodos was easy, they took care of everything. The recent addition of Apple Pay has been really helpful. They don’t always have the absolute best interest rates but at least you know your money is doing something good, instead of propping up the carbon economy. Reviewed on: 7th March 2025

Ethical and hassle free banking

Just an ethical and hassle free banking experience. Their transparency of their fees, and their investments we're why I signed up, but genuinely super grateful to have a reduction in spam mail compared to the high street banks; and I've also had to call in for help a handful of times and each time their teams have been super fast and efficient. where your money makes a positive impact

I joined Triodos in 2018 and never looked back! Excellent customer service, easy to use app and the guarantee that my money are making an impact in the UK and in the world. The info on products and services on the website is always clear and easy to undestand, their regular email updates and annual report really show how triodos walks the talks on making money go further to support ethical and sustainable businesses.
