Personal service.

I particularly like being able to phone up and talk to a patient and knowledgeable person. It's almost a relief in an age of chatbots and companies who are constantly trying to avoid speaking to you or give you someone with limited knowledge or power to do anything. Reviewed on: 27th January 2024

Your money matters

How we manage our financial arrangements is one of the most important ways we can contribute to effecting positive change in this world. Triodos is ethically led and does not fund the toxic oil and gas industry nor arms nor tobacco manufacturers, and for this reason I have a personal current account with the bank. The only thing I would love to see is an improvement...

The only thing I would love to see is an improvement in app design to encourage more people to join - I think the speed of monzo / starling etc are compelling to customers and think triodos could potentially become more successful than those if the app and speed of transfers improved but totally understand this takes money. Good banking experience, with good ethical position

I like having my money in a bank with the ethical position of Triodos. I find the website easy to use and customer service very helpful and immediate. I also have a savings account with Triodos which pays a good rate of interest. Reviewed on: 24th January 2024

Comfortable Banking

I enjoy being able to bank without worrying about what my money is being used for. Customer service is friendly and knowledgeable. Information is clear and easily accessible. I also enjoy not having products pushed at me like you do with high street banks. Reviewed on: 24th January 2024
