Been with Triodos 1 year. I like it's ethical stance. The only criticism I have is that accessing the website via the app is a bit clunky. Why can't the website be visited directly? I have no more to say. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2024

The most ethical bank and easy to use

I bank with Triodos because it is the most ethical bank. Triodos Current Account is easy to use through the app or online. It's always been easy to speak to someone on the phone when needed. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2024

Lightyears ahead of other banks

Triodos Bank's ethical profile is incredibly impressive. No dealings with fossil fuel, very supportive of renewable energy projects - lightyears ahead of many banks. Running my current account online is very easy and straightforward. Whenever I do need help (rarely), staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2024

Triodos works well for my money and my conscience

Triodos works really well for me and my conscience, so feel like I am trying to help in some small way by at least moving my money from creating more harm, however small it might be. Hope Triodos inspires more banks to clean up. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2024

Ethical banking, no fossil fuels and deforestation

Ethical banking, investing in the future not just for profit as conversely some unethical banks (Barclays at top) which continue to invest in fossil fuels despite the knowledge of harming the planet. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2024

Faultless and ethical

I have nothing but good things to say about banking with Triodos. I have found their account and systems to be effective and their customer service has been quick and responsive. Best ethics and also best service

The ethical part was why I went to them, but the service is excellent. I can get through to a human being within a minute or so of ringing. So different from my old bank. Cant recommend them highly enough. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2024
