Ethical, personable, fair and transparent

There isn't another bank in the country that provides a genuine ethical service, offering true value for money. There is a small monthly charge of £3 for use of the current account, but there are no hidden costs, no huge overdraft fees and total transparency about where its money goes, which is very important for me. Triodos is also a personable bank. You can get straight through relatively fast and speak to a friendly, helpful person. I can say this having been with the bank since 2009. Disputed payment with Triodos Bank.

I am currently in dispute with Triodos Bank about an illicit transaction on my account and the Bank appears to question my integrity and does not accept that perhaps their systems failed to pick up a fraudulent transaction on my account. A smooth-running service, with a nice, eco-friendly card that I'm always proud to pull out of my wallet. Customer service has always been excellent when I have called up. The app is easy to use and the costs of running a current account are transparent and honest. Reviewed on: 18th January 2024

Excellent bank in every way.

Excellent bank in every way. Good value current account, strong security and knowledgeable staff who I have found to be very helpful when needed. The online banking system works so well that I rarely do need to contact the bank. I particularly like that Triodos is an ethical bank, which was my original reason for moving to them.
