Eco-friendly card, great customer service

A smooth-running service, with a nice, eco-friendly card that I'm always proud to pull out of my wallet. Customer service has always been excellent when I have called up. The app is easy to use and the costs of running a current account are transparent and honest. Reviewed on: 18th January 2024

Excellent bank in every way.

Excellent bank in every way. Good value current account, strong security and knowledgeable staff who I have found to be very helpful when needed. The online banking system works so well that I rarely do need to contact the bank. I particularly like that Triodos is an ethical bank, which was my original reason for moving to them. Triodos is setting the trend for banks of the future. It's the only mainstream bank that is really trying to shake up the banking system and properly embed sustainability in all its operations. Can't recommend it enough. Reviewed on: 18th January 2024
