Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. Happy with their ethos and investments

I've always been very happy with their ethos and way of working. I've transferred away from my unethical banks so that my money doesn't cause harm through unscrupulous investments like fossil fuels. The best financial decision I've made!

I was deeply troubled when I began to research the ethics of my previous bank so I went on a mission. I found, from all of the contenders, the values of Triodos aligned with mine the most and so I switched. The transition has been seamless and having received your customer care, I can say you do truly mean what you say. Kind, polite and interested staff who don't make you feel an inconvenience.
