Ethical, customer focused banking

I've been with Triodos a few years now and it has been a good move away from the main players. I'm happy with the customer service, and I'm happy knowing my money is being used in as ethical way as possible. There's Internet banking, apps and they also have ethical ISAs, and other investments available too. One thing missing is a credit card, but the service with everything else is great. If Triodos win here, it is richly deserved, they are ahead of the curve. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Great bank with a great ethic

I feel very comfortable and confident knowing that having an account with Triodos is investing my money into ethical businesses. As far as I am concerned, Triodos is also one of the most top banks in relation to animal rights and reduces as much as possible the use of animal testing. Thank you Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Great ethical banking and customer service

Unlike many banks, a human answers the phone and is always swift to help. Only bug bear is that my card doesn't work with Apple pay! Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Consistently good personal service.

In all the years I’ve been with Triodos Online Banking, I have only once been disappointed, and that was when, in line with all other banks, they had to withdraw their PAYG Mobile phone service. Otherwise, they have been truly a delight to have as my bank, both with advice and overall personal attention. I am also pleased to know that my savings will not be used for anything other than life-enhancing projects. No one nor anything will be hurt due their undertakings. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023
