Feel good

It feels good to have an account with a bank that I know is ethical and that my money is being used to do good things. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

Very easy to use app and excellent customer service.

Very easy to use app and excellent customer service. The small monthly fee is far outweighed by the ethical philosophy and actions behind Triodos. The fact that Triodos are so ethically motivated saves me worrying where my money is being invested as I know it will be invested for the benefit of society generally. Just a pity that other banks don't behave in a similar manner. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Reliable, principled, ethical

Triodos have been a reliable and trustworthy bank for years. I have never had any issues with them, and fully support and admire their approach to banking: fair prices for customers, and positive, ethical investments for the business loans etc. It feels more important than ever to make the right choices everywhere in life where one can make a difference, and I am incredibly reassured to know that a bank like Triodos exists, because I know any money of mine that passes through them won't be continuing business practices that I don't agree with (tobacco, oil, etc). Easy to use, efficient online banking for good

I have a current and savings account with Triodos and find the online banking app really easy to use and efficient, but also know I can speak to someone on the phone if I need to and they've always been very friendly and helpful. I like knowing that my money is going into positive investments for the planet and isn't going towards environmentally harmful projects that would be detrimental to my child's future.
